Birthday Perks is intended for eligible Akumi customers with an active account and a valid birthday saved to their profile. One membership should be used per person.

Your tier is based on qualifying net spend associated with your Akumi account. Returns, refunds, cancellations, taxes, shipping, gift cards, and other excluded transactions may not count toward tier spend.

Use the same email address connected to your Akumi account when you place an order. If you shop at an Akumi retail location, provide the same account email when available.

Returned, cancelled, or refunded merchandise can reduce the qualifying spend used to determine your Birthday Perks tier.

Your Birthday Perks activity is associated with your Akumi account. If you need help confirming your eligibility or current tier, contact Akumi support.

Program availability, benefit delivery, and redemption options may vary by country or region. Contact Akumi support if you are outside the United States.

Eligible members should receive their birthday reward around their birthday after the required account and birthday details are on file. Timing can vary.
