you have 150 days from the usps delivery date to request a refund.
if 150 days have passed since you received your order, we cannot offer a refund because sufficient time has been provided to inspect your item and report any issues.

exchanges
we currently do not offer exchanges, only refunds, when eligible. If you need a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your refund is processed.
